WW is a solid wood and metal chair that synthesises the best of contemporary design with all the quality and craftsmanship of traditional furniture. WW stands for Windsor and Wire: a defining combination that makes an instant impact. Award-winning Hierve studio has created WW for a new generation of design hungry aficionados seeking originality with integrity and longevity.
The legs and seat of the WW Chair are inspired by the classic lines of a Windsor chair, with the surface of the seat slightly carved for comfort. Curved shafts of wire extend upwards from below the seat whilst the backrest fans slightly outwards from the base. This gives the chair a sculptural quality and sense of lightness. WW makes an elegant seating solution for different applications.
The WW chair is available in a solid wood version, or with an upholstered seat in a choice of fabrics and leather. The solid wood options include oak and American walnut. There is also a stained wood option available in white, grey and black.
Dimensions W44 x D51 x H76 cm; seat height 45 cm
