Refin will be showcasing their latest porcelain tile collections at the Surface Design Show, London. Extensive research into the techniques used to create Venetian polished plaster has led to Artwork, which recreates the broad trowel marks and sweeping colour variations of this traditional stucco finish. Barrique and Mansion are the latest (and most technically advanced) wood-effect collections. Digital technology and surface texture details make these tiles incredibly realistic and easier to maintain than real wood; they are ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms and spas where hygiene is paramount. Also on show will be Frame-Up, the latest collaboration between Studio FM Milano and DesignTaleStudio, Refin’s creative laboratory. Frame-Up comprises four new decorative designs: Vanguard Circle, Vanguard Square, Emilia Flower and Emilia Tradition. Both designs can be used in a variety of ways to create either a regular, modular pattern, or a contemporary patchwork effect which is achieved by mixing pattern scales randomly.
Visit Refin at the Surface Design Show, stand 331 at the Business Design Centre, London, until 6th February.
